The game begins with a queue of patients, including both animals and humans, waiting for the player (the dentist).

The player is free to choose whichever patient they’d like to treat first.

• The gameplay starts with the chosen patient opening their mouth, revealing germs scattered across their teeth and gums.

• A hinting hand cursor guides the player during the first interaction.

💧 Germs require 3 taps to be cleaned:

• With each tap, they inflate slightly.
• On the third tap, they burst with a fun animation and sound effect.
